#20 Prospect Park – 1330 N Main
Background: Another park with very little history. The City’s website says, “This is a small area that was purchased in 1907 along railroad tracks (now removed). The park has been enhanced with planting of trees and shrubs along with grassed areas and walks.”
One of these days I am going to the new library and research these parks.

What we did: We continued to walk along the path that connects midtown. There is a playground.

I wanted to hit a slide, but every single one was full of water at the end of the slide. So I could not give it a try. I did climb up on this weird block thing, while Jeremy tried out another spinning thing.
It’s time to find an even smaller park.. this one dedicated to a number of our city leaders.
