#15 Unknown Park – Piatt & 25th
Background: Leaving Dr. Dey’s Park, we were driving around the neighborhood and discovered this little park between 25th and 26th and between Piatt and Ash. I cannot find any information about it.
What we did: We walked around the park, there was a jungle gym, do they still call them that? and a basketball court. Cute little park. The neighbors across the street watched us very intently, I waved at them. They waved back.
UPDATE: I have recently discovered this is not an official Wichita City Park, it is a neighborhood funded park.
The next stop is a city park.. honoring its neighborhood.
