When Bill Warren opened the Warren Old Town in June of 2003, the plaza was still under construction. By the end of the summer the neon canopies and the search lights quickly became icons of the downtown center point.

There is nothing fancy about the splash pad. Fountains randomly shoot out from the ground. We stopped by on a warm overcast day and there were a few people hanging out. It seems to come alive in the evenings when people are enjoying the night sky either waiting for a movie or letting their popcorn settle after a movie.

I will try to get some night pictures posted soon. The canopies are really cool at night.
