There are around 640 interred at this countryside cemetery.

It was a pretty typical place. Lots of trees, and a peaceful breeze. According to findagrave.com there are no famous people buried here.

I am sure you might think it’s strange, but recently I have been talking to the people in their resting places. Just letting them know they are not forgotten and that I am there to tell a story.

Speaking of stories, Frank Jenings Lanphear, according to findagrave.com is the oldest death in the cemetery. Frank was born on June 15, 1875 and died on March 13, 1877. Which would make him less than two years old. That is about all I know of Frank. There were no parents listed and no other Lanphears in the cemetery.

I found these carved headstones interesting. I thought they might be Woodmen graves, but after some additional research I think they are just cool stones.
