There’s a great song performed on Sesame Street. It’s called “These are the people in your neighborhood.”

Well, they’re the people that you meet
When you’re walking down the street
They’re the people that you meet each day

-Jeff Moss

These are stories of the people you might meet in Wichita. They are men and women that offer a unique story, a specific point of view, or they’re just plain cool. So with a tip of the hat to Sesame Street… here are the people that you meet when you’re walking down the street.

Oh, A producing director works the whole day through
To bring Broadway home to you.
He’ll put together a show
That leaves you with a song in tow.

IT’s Wayne’s world
wayne’s world II: It’s party time
wayne’s world III: It’s excellent
(this is a three part series)

Oh, An actor performs on stage
He’s played many characters throughout his age.
He’ll make you laugh and cry, and truth be told
His most famous role is a girl of Gold.
